Variety description

The variety is a dwarf shrub 60–90 cm tall and 75–90 cm wide. Foliage is dark green, glossy, with marked resistance to powdery mildew. Globose inflorescences have a color dependent on soil pH: from bright red in alkaline to purple-blue in acidic conditions.
Flowering is prolonged, continuing from late spring until frost. The plant possesses winter hardiness in USDA zones 5–9 (down to -25°C). Thanks to its compact size and sturdy stems, the variety is suitable for cultivation in open field borders, as well as in containers on terraces and patios.
