The shrub forms a rounded crown 1.25–1.5 m in height and width. Shoots are upright and well-branched. Foliage is dark green and pointed.
Flowers are collected in dense conical panicles. During the flowering period, which lasts from mid-summer to late autumn, the petals change color from white to pink. Inflorescences are suitable for cutting.
The plant is adapted to hardiness zone 4. It prefers sunny locations or partial shade, moist drained soils, and tolerates sandy and gravelly ground. The variety shows high tolerance to air pollution in urban environments.
Used in single and group plantings, and for creating hedges and borders.
