The shrub reaches a height and diameter of 120–150 cm. The shoots are distinguished by their strength and are capable of supporting large inflorescences without the use of supports. The plant belongs to the Magical series and is known in a number of regions under the trade names Magical Kilimanjaro or Moonrock.
The cone-shaped inflorescences, 20–25 cm in length, consist of fertile and sterile flowers with a diameter of 2.5–3 cm. At the beginning of the season, they have a creamy-lime shade, which changes to pure white, and by the end of flowering, they may acquire a pink-lilac tone.
The flowering period lasts from July to October on current-year shoots. The variety possesses high frost resistance (USDA zones 3–8) and resistance to diseases. The culture prefers fertile, drained soils with an acidic reaction.
