Variety description

10 August 2026

The shrub has a compact form with short internodes and a crown width of 90–150 cm. Dark green summer leaves turn burgundy-red in autumn. Stems possess exfoliating reddish-brown bark, which maintains the plant's ornamental appeal during the winter period.

Large conical inflorescences up to 30 cm long consist predominantly of sterile flowers. The color of the inflorescences changes from creamy-white at blooming to pinkish, and to greenish and brownish shades by the end of the season. Flowering begins in June–July, with a possible repeat wave.

The plant belongs to hardiness zones 5–9. When temperatures drop below -23°C, flower bud damage is possible, as flower formation occurs on the previous year's shoots. The variety is suitable for group plantings, borders, and container cultivation.
