Variety description

The plant is a spreading shrub with large heart-shaped or oval dark green leaves, the young shoots of which may have a copper-bronze tint. The rounded inflorescences, 15–20 cm in diameter, consist of four-petaled flowers, the color of which varies from soft pink to crimson depending on the soil acidity.

The variety is moisture-loving and demanding of substrate fertility, while being resistant to diseases and pests. Flowering continues from June to September. The plant has winter hardiness down to -21°С and requires covering in regions with cold climates; it is used in group and solitary plantings or container gardening.
