Variety description

The plant is a compact shrub. Inflorescences are corymbs or globes up to 20 cm in diameter. A distinctive feature is the bicolored petals, which acquire a greenish tint with age.

Flowering lasts from early or mid-summer until September. Flowers are formed on last year's shoots, therefore deep spring pruning is not recommended. The variety has good resistance to powdery mildew.

The color of the inflorescences depends on soil acidity and the presence of aluminum: on acidic soils they are blue-violet, on alkaline and neutral soils they are pink-crimson. The variety is suitable for growing in containers and creating low borders.
