The variety belongs to the group of ornamental-foliage plants, rather than vegetable crops grown for root tuber production. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth, forming shoots that can trail along the ground or hang down, which allows it to be used for containers, hanging baskets, and as a ground cover.
The appearance of the plant is defined by its lemon-yellow foliage. The variety possesses high heat tolerance, however, it is sensitive to low temperatures and does not overwinter in open ground in regions with freezing winters. The root tubers of this variety are not edible.
