Variety description

The plant has a moderately compact habit. Young shoots are yellow-green, transitioning to dark burgundy-red as they mature. Stems and petioles also have a dark burgundy-red hue. Large palmate-lobed leaves acquire a rich burgundy-bronze color with copper shades when grown in full sun.
The variety is thermophilic and is grown as an annual in most regions. The plant has good vigor, high heat tolerance, and is adapted to various light conditions. The tubers formed are small and woody; their culinary qualities are not a priority, therefore they are not consumed as food.
