Variety description

The tree of this variety is vigorous, forming a dense, highly rounded crown. The fruits have an almost round shape, a ribbed surface, and a rounded apex. A dense shell of medium thickness provides good protection for the kernel against external influences and low temperatures.

The kernel has a light straw-yellow shade, contains about 70% fat, and possesses high palatability; it is often extracted whole when cracked. Flowering occurs in mid-season. The variety exhibits good frost resistance, but is sensitive to excessive humidity, which promotes the development of brown spot.

The variety is suitable for industrial cultivation and can be used as a pollinator for other walnut varieties.
