The tree of the variety is vigorous, reaches a height of 6 to 10 meters, and forms a broad, highly pyramidal crown. Fructification begins relatively early; the yield is characterized as high and regular.

The variety is late-flowering, which allows it to be grown in regions with a risk of spring frosts. Due to dichogamy, planting pollinator varieties such as Ockerwitzer Lange or Seifersdorfer Runde is recommended to increase yields.

The plant possesses good resistance to diseases and pests, as well as higher winter hardiness compared to non-varietal seedlings. The fruits are distinguished by their large size.
