Variety description

The plant is a compact, upright, densely branched shrub, reaching a height of 1.5–3 meters and a width of 1.5–2.5 meters at ten years of age. The foliage is glossy, dark purple, almost black in color, maintaining its saturation until the end of summer.
Flowering occurs on current-year shoots from mid-summer to early autumn with bright red inflorescences. The crop is heat-loving, drought-tolerant and recommended for hardiness zones 7–9. The variety possesses good resistance to powdery mildew and Cercospora leaf spot.
