Variety description

The plant is a deciduous shrub with a compact upright habit. The height of the bush at 10 years of age reaches 2 meters with a width of about 1.5 meters. A characteristic feature is the dark burgundy, almost black color of the leaves, which retains its intensity in hot climates.
Flowering occurs from July to September, and the flowers are gathered in raceme-like inflorescences of dark pink color. The variety has high resistance to powdery mildew and leaf spot. Recommended for USDA hardiness zones 7–9.
