The Pegasus variety is part of the Galaxy series, created from hybrids of Leptospermum scoparium and Leptospermum rotundifolium Jervis Bay. The plant was bred by breeders specifically for commercial use in the cut flower industry.
Externally, the variety is distinguished by the presence of light pink flowers. Detailed agronomic characteristics, including height and disease resistance indicators, are not presented in open sources.
