Variety description

The plant reaches about 2 meters in height and 1 meter in width. The leaves are small, up to 1 cm, alternate, simple, pointed, dark green in color, and emit a fragrance when rubbed.

Flowering occurs from May to July. The flowers are 5-petaled, 2–3 cm in diameter, and have a pink-mauve color with a greenish center.

The shrub is relatively cold-hardy, withstanding temperature drops down to -5°C. It is recommended for planting in borders, mass plantings, or as a container plant. It prefers sunny or semi-shaded areas protected from wind with well-drained, acidic or neutral soil.
