The variety is tetraploid and intended for intensive mowing or pasture-mowing use in pure stands or mixtures. It is characterized by high nutritional value of forage, good spring regrowth vigor, and rapid recovery after mowing.

The plant possesses increased lodging resistance and high seed yield due to a large number of generative shoots. The variety is suitable for cultivation on fertile, moderately moist soils, including alluvial, loess, and sandy-loam varieties.

Used for the production of hay, silage, and green mass. Recommended for use in agrotechnical mixtures with rye, vetch, crimson, red, and Persian clover, including as a winter catch crop.
