The variety is intended for use in seed mixtures for professional sports fields and ornamental lawns. It is characterized by very high fine-leaved traits.

The plant possesses excellent tolerance to low mowing and is used in surfaces with various load levels. The variety is an independent cultivar and differs from technologies using rhizomatous types of ryegrass.
