The variety is intended for creating parterre and ornamental lawns, as well as sports fields. It is characterized by the formation of a dense and fine-leaved stand. Slow regrowth after mowing contributes to a reduction in mowing frequency and biomass volume.

The plant possesses high resistance to rust and red thread. Among key characteristics on a scale of 1 to 9 are wear tolerance (8), shade tolerance (9), salt tolerance (6), and color (6).
