The variety is tetraploid and belongs to the mid-early group. The plant forms a stem of medium or large length; the width of the flag leaf also varies from medium to large. The thousand kernel weight is from 2.9 to 3.3 g.

Spring growth is characterized as medium-fast. The variety has the ability to regrow densely after mowing, exhibits sufficient winter hardiness, and average resistance to snow mold, leaf spot, and grass rust.
