The variety is a specialized component of the 4turf® program, intended for creating wear-resistant turf on sports facilities. The tetraploid type provides larger seeds with a high content of storage substances, which promotes accelerated and strong plant establishment.
The plant possesses a deep root system and tillering node, which increases the ability to regenerate after stress and trampling. The variety exhibits resistance to drought, low temperatures during germination, and a range of turfgrass diseases, forming a dense, dark green turf.
