The variety is a tetraploid hybrid ryegrass of intermediate type, obtained by crossing diploid Italian ryegrass with early breeding material of diploid perennial ryegrass, followed by polyploidization. In terms of heading time after vernalization, the variety is classified as very early or early.

Plants have an intense green leaf color of medium or dark saturation. The flag leaf is characterized by great length and very great width. The length of the stem including the inflorescence is great. The tendency to form inflorescences without vernalization is manifested very weakly or weakly.

The variety possesses resistance to bacterial wilt, rust, and leaf spot. It is characterized by high green mass yield and high digestibility of organic matter. It is intended for forage purposes; for seed production, harvesting at the first cut is recommended.
