Variety description

The variety has a compact, spreading, and dense crown. At 10 years of age, it reaches 1 m in height and 1.5 m in width; mature specimens can grow up to 1.5 m in height and 2 m in width. A distinctive feature is the retention of the intense plum-purple leaf color throughout the entire year.
The plant blooms profusely in spring; repeat flowering is possible in autumn. The flowers have a characteristic strap-like shape and a saturated purple-red or crimson hue. The variety prefers full sun or partial shade, well-drained soils, and requires regular watering during dry periods.
The plant is thermophilic and withstands temperature drops down to -5°C...-7°C. In cold climates, container cultivation is recommended. The shrub has a moderate growth rate, high resistance to diseases and pests, and tolerates pruning well after flowering.
