The variety belongs to late-maturing and tall forms of white lupin. It is a winter variety with a high vernalization requirement and the ability to form a powerful root system, which ensures frost resistance during autumn sowing.

In comparative trials, the seed yield is about 3.36 t/ha. The variety has a low harvest index due to significant biomass accumulation in the stems. Like many other varieties of the crop, it is at risk of anthracnose infection.

In scientific literature, it is often used as a control sample of a typical tall winter type when conducting comparative trials.
