The variety belongs to forage lupins with a low alkaloid content, the level of which is less than 0.5 g/kg of dry matter. It is intended primarily for use in animal husbandry as a source of plant protein for feeding ruminants, pigs, and broilers.

The grain is characterized by a high crude protein content, reaching 430–450 g/kg of dry matter. Compared to blue lupin, this variety contains less fiber and fat, but is distinguished by an increased amount of ash elements and certain amino acids. It is a thermoneutral variety bred to obtain high grain yields.
