The tree has vigorous growth, the height of which depends on the rootstock and varies from 4–5 meters on semi-dwarf to 6–8 meters on vigorous rootstocks. The variety is partially self-fertile and belongs to pollination group B or C. The tree is characterized by good resistance to scab but can be affected by powdery mildew; it is considered hardy and suitable for cool and northern regions.

The fruits are large or very large, round-conical in shape with noticeable ribs, having greenish-yellow skin, sometimes with a brownish-pink blush. The flesh is pale cream in color, coarse-grained and rather dry, with a sharp taste. The harvest ripens from late August to September–October and is not intended for long-term storage.

The variety is a regular and heavy cropper, prone to overloading with fruit, which requires quality pruning. Its culinary purpose is due to the ability of the fruits to turn into a delicate, aromatic puree during heat treatment, making them suitable for baking.
