The rootstock was obtained by crossing Paradizka Budagovsky and hybrid No. 13-14. Trees grafted onto this rootstock reach 85–90% of the size of trees on vigorous rootstocks, which is approximately 4.0–4.5 meters in height.

Distinctive features include high winter hardiness of the root system and good resistance to wind loads, which often eliminates the need for staking. The rootstock promotes early entry of grafted varieties into fruiting in the 3rd–4th year.

The plant possesses moderate resistance to fire blight and root rot. In nurseries, the rootstock is valued for a high yield of seedlings and the ability to reproduce via layers, showing good compatibility with most apple varieties.
