Fruits are medium to large in size, round-conical in shape, often slightly irregular. The skin is greenish-yellow in color, with a wine-red blush on the sunny side covering about half of the surface. The flesh is greenish-white, firm, slightly yellowish, coarse-grained in structure, with a sweet-and-sour taste and a spicy undertone.
The trees are characterized by vigorous growth and were traditionally cultivated as standard trees. The variety is versatile, suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, and processing, particularly for the production of juice and cider. The fruits have long keeping quality, although the tree can be susceptible to powdery mildew.
