The variety is a selection of the Paradis jaune de Metz rootstock (M9 type). In terms of growth vigor, it is close to M9 EMLA, but exceeds the M9 T337 clone by 10% in vigor level.

The rootstock has a brittle root system that requires mandatory installation of supports and is sensitive to soil waterlogging. At the same time, it demonstrates good survival during replanting and reproduces effectively by layering.

The use of this rootstock ensures high productivity of grafted varieties and promotes the production of fruits of good caliber and high-quality coloration.
