The tree is vigorous, has a spreading crown with drooping branches, and is prone to moderate biennial bearing. The fruits are small to medium in size, round or round-conical in shape. Their ground color is pale yellow with a pink blush on the sun-exposed side and dark gray lenticels.

The fruit flesh is pale yellow, juicy, sweet, and aromatic. The sugar content is about 12.8% on the Brix scale, and the tannin level is 1.96 g/l. The fruits are characterized by low keeping quality. The variety is considered hardy and traditional for the northwestern regions of France.
