The fruits are very flat and slightly bumpy. The skin is semi-smooth or rough, grayish-yellow in color with a carmine blush in the form of stripes or diffused spots, complemented by gray smears. The peduncle is very short and thick, often with an outgrowth at the end. The calyx is small or medium in size, closed, and located in a shallow calyx basin.

The variety ripens in autumn; fruit harvesting dates vary from September to November. The trees are adapted to a humid oceanic climate. The variety is intended exclusively for industrial processing and possesses high aromatic qualities suitable for cider blends.
