Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a seedling presumably obtained from crossing Honeycrisp and Mollie’s Delicious. Fruit ripening occurs approximately 10 days after Honeycrisp, with harvesting beginning on October 1.

The fruits have a round or conical shape, are large in size, and have a predominantly solid red color. The flesh is characterized by a crisp texture; the taste at harvest may be slightly acidic but improves during storage, reaching a balance of sugar and acid.

The variety is suitable for dessert consumption and culinary use. It is noted for good long-term storage ability, however, it is sensitive to physiological disorders such as 'soft scald' and 'soggy breakdown', and therefore requires storage conditions at temperatures no lower than +3.3°C.
