Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a chance mutation of the Elstar variety. The trees are vigorous and require cross-pollination for fruit set. The harvest matures in the second half of September; harvesting is recommended to be carried out in 2–3 stages.

The fruits are medium-sized, round or round-conical, with a bright red blush covering from 50% to 75% of the surface. The flesh is juicy, with an aroma and a balance of sugar and acid. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and processing.

The variety is susceptible to scab, powdery mildew, and apple canker. In a standard refrigerator, the fruits can be stored until February, and in controlled atmosphere conditions, until April.
