The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and early onset of bearing. The variety is not self-fertile and requires pollinators, and it is prone to biennial bearing, which makes fruit thinning mandatory to maintain fruit size. The plant is not prone to premature fruit drop.

The fruits are medium-sized, have a regular round shape, and are covered with a solid flushed dark red blush. The flesh is firm, cream-white in color, with a characteristic aroma and a balanced taste. Harvesting begins in the second half of September and is recommended to be carried out in several passes.

The variety has good keeping quality: it stores in a standard refrigerator until February, and in controlled atmosphere conditions until April. Susceptibility to scab, powdery mildew, and apple tree canker is noted.
