The tree forms a wide crown, the height of which depends on the rootstock used. Leaves are medium-green, ovate in shape. Harvesting begins in the second half of September, and fruits reach consumer maturity by October.

Fruits are round in shape. The ground color is yellow-green, complemented by a red blush, the intensity of which is higher in clones of the Red Elstar variety. The flesh of the fruit is yellowish-white, juicy, crisp, and possesses a distinct aroma and sweet-and-sour taste.

The variety is intended for fresh consumption, culinary use, and processing. Agrotechnical management requires attention to the prevention of fungal diseases, including infections by Neonectria ditissima and Fibulorhizoctonia psychrophila.
