The tree is medium-sized and compact. The fruits are medium to large in size, round-conical in shape, and often have slight ribbing. The skin color at harvest is light green, turning golden-yellow upon full ripening. The flesh is tender, juicy, fine-grained, with a sweet taste, a mild honey undertone, and low acidity.

The variety is classified as winter-maturing; fruit ripening begins in September. When storage conditions are met, the fruits retain their consumer quality until spring. The variety is noted for its high and stable yield, winter hardiness, and adaptability to various growing conditions. The fruits require careful handling due to their susceptibility to bruising and shriveling.

The apples are used primarily fresh, as well as in culinary applications for salads, purées, juices, and baking. When heat-treated, the fruit flesh tends to soften.
