The variety is a vigorous or semi-vigorous tree with a wide, rounded crown and long shoots. Fruits are medium to large in size, have smooth thin skin of yellow color and light yellow flesh with pronounced refreshing acidity.

The variety is an autumn one, the consumption period lasts from September to January. The plant is characterized by high frost resistance of wood and flowers, and is also diploid and suitable as a pollinator for other varieties.

The trees are demanding of soil conditions: on dry soils they are prone to premature fruit drop, and on damp or heavy soils — to infection with scab, canker, and rots. The variety does not require frequent rejuvenating pruning.
