The fruits of this variety are distinguished by smooth dark red skin with prominent lenticels. The flesh is cream-colored, juicy and crisp, with a sweet-and-sour taste. The apples are suitable for both fresh consumption and culinary use.

The variety is a product of folk selection and was identified during research on the conservation of historical agrobiodiversity. Trees of this variety have excellent fruit keeping quality. Precise data on plant height and agrotechnical characteristics are absent in open sources.
