The variety is late-summer; harvesting in the central region takes place in the second half of August – early September. The tree is vigorous or medium-sized, reaching 3.5–4.5 m at ten years of age. The variety is self-infertile and requires pollinator varieties such as 'Antonovka', 'Belyi Naliv', 'Seyanets Titovki', or 'Buzovyazovskoye'.

The fruits are flat-round, weighing from 75–90 g up to 120–200 g, and have juicy tender flesh with a sweet-and-sour taste. The shelf life of the fruits is short, amounting to about 3 weeks. The tree possesses high winter hardiness; however, scab resistance is assessed inconsistently, and infection with powdery mildew is also possible.

The variety is universal, suitable both for processing and for decorative plantings in parks and public gardens due to the attractive appearance of the fruits and a beautiful crown. During abundant harvests, thinning of fruits is necessary to prevent them from becoming small and to maintain regularity of fruiting.
