The variety was bred at the National Botanical Garden of Ukraine as a result of crossing the varieties «Vydubetska» and «Renet oranzhevyi Koksa». The goal of the breeding work was to develop a highly productive and ornamental form of apple tree.

The fruits of the variety belong to the large-fruited group. In scientific literature, data on the morphological traits of the plant, its height, resistance to diseases, and precise ripening periods are absent. Available information is limited to the results of a comparative analysis of the biochemical composition of the fruits.
