The trees of the variety have medium to high vigor and form a rounded crown that eventually becomes spreading. The variety is self-sterile, therefore cross-pollination with other varieties is necessary to obtain a yield.

The fruits are medium to large in size, weighing 120–300 g, and have a flat-round or conical-round shape. The yellowish-white flesh is characterized as juicy, tender, and fine-grained, possessing a sweet-and-sour taste with spicy notes.

The variety prefers cool highlands and is not suitable for cultivation in hot valleys or on very dry or waterlogged soils. Resistance to scab is medium; susceptibility to powdery mildew is noted, especially in damp areas.
