The variety is for dessert use, with a late maturity group. It is characterized by very high resistance to scab, powdery mildew, and canker, while the yield is assessed as medium or low. The plant forms large flowers, and flower buds are primarily set on old wood.

The tree height is determined by the chosen rootstock, as the variety is grafted onto various types of rootstocks, providing both semi-dwarf and medium-growth habit. To date, the variety is preserved mainly as part of the genetic heritage in specialized collections.
