The variety was obtained as a result of crossing the Jonathan and Golden Noble varieties. The tree is medium-sized. The fruits are medium to large in size, with a round or round-conical shape. The ground color is green, turning into greenish-yellow, the overcolor is carmine-red with stripes and noticeable white lenticels.

The fruit flesh is white with a greenish tint, juicy, of medium density. The taste is sweet and sour, with a predominance of acid. The variety shows low susceptibility to scab and powdery mildew. Harvesting is carried out in the first ten days of October; the fruits are suitable for storage until April.

A key feature of the fruits is the resistance of the flesh to oxidation. Due to the high acid content and the ability not to darken when damaged, the variety is often used for processing, in particular for making purees, compotes and dried slices, and is also consumed fresh.
