Tagliani Francesco, Castagnoli Gianfranco, Leis Michelangelo, Martinelli Alessio
10 August 2026
The tree is vigorous and belongs to landrace varieties. Fruiting begins late; specific agrotechnical conditions are required to ensure a stable yield. Harvesting usually takes place at the end of September.
The fruits are medium-sized, grayish-yellow in color with a pinkish blush and sometimes carmine stripes. The fruit flesh is sweet and sour and possesses a characteristic aroma. The variety is recognized as susceptible to apple canker, which limits its distribution in modern orchards.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
