Variety description

The variety is historical and has long-lived trees of large size. The fruits are small, oblate-globular or broadly conical in shape, often ribbed, whitish-yellow in color with red stripes. The flesh is white and soft.

The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness; the fruits hold firmly on the branches. Resistance to scab is rated as low; in high-humidity conditions, the tree is prone to fungal and bacterial diseases. The fruits have poor keeping quality but are suitable for transportation.
