The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and good productivity, with a late flowering period. Fruits ripen in the second to third ten-day period of October and are characterized by low susceptibility to fungal diseases.

The chemical composition of the fruits includes a total acidity of 4.60 g/l and a phenol content of 2.00 g/l. The unique polyphenol profile of the variety determines its high value in cider making and the antioxidant properties of the final product.

The variety is part of the genetic pool of local crops and is actively used in breeding programs to study the transmission of resistance traits and fruit quality, including during controlled crosses.
