The fruits have white, fine-grained, and very juicy flesh. The taste is sweet with a pronounced wine aroma. The fruit skin is delicate and easily damaged; the shelf life of the harvest is limited. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and culinary use, though they tend to cook down quickly.

The tree has moderate vigor, reaching a height of 3–4 meters. The variety is characterized by winter hardiness (USDA zones 4-7). The harvest is gathered in September to early October. Like the parent variety, it requires protection against fungal diseases.
