Variety description

The tree has moderate vigor with an upright crown. The variety is diploid and self-sterile, requiring planting of pollinator varieties for fruit set. Flowering is late; harvest takes place 6–8 weeks after the Golden Delicious variety.

Fruits are medium to large in size, with smooth, glossy skin. The flesh is firm and crisp, with a balanced sweet-and-sour taste. The variety is characterized by high keeping quality, maintaining consumer qualities in a standard refrigerator for up to 3–4 months, and is not prone to fruit drop.
