The tree is vigorous or medium-sized with a broadly pyramidal crown. Fruits are medium-sized, sometimes large, with a flat-globular or truncate-conical shape. The skin is golden-yellow with an orange-red blush; a russet net and characteristic spots are often present. The fruits hold firmly to the tree.

The flesh is light yellow or cream-colored, tender and juicy. The variety is demanding regarding soil conditions and heat; on poor or dry soils, the crop quality decreases. Due to probable triploidy, the variety requires diploid pollinator varieties.

Harvest maturity occurs in late September — October; the consumption period lasts from December to April. The variety is susceptible to scab, powdery mildew, and fire blight under unfavorable growing conditions.
