Fruits of the Ormslevæble apple variety are small or medium-sized and have a flat-round, asymmetrical shape. The ground color of the skin is yellow, complemented by an orange blush covering about half of the surface. The flesh is dry, has a pronounced aroma, and a moderate content of sugars and acids.

The variety belongs to the early-summer or mid-early maturity groups; fruits ripen in September. The tree demonstrates medium or high yield and possesses high natural resistance to apple scab, powdery mildew, and apple tree canker, which was confirmed during studies without the use of pesticides.
