Fruits are of medium size, turbinate-conical or spherical-conical in shape. The ground color of the skin is greenish-yellow, often with a reddish blush; the surface is heavily russeted, which gives the fruits a grayish tint. The flesh has a greenish-white color, a fine-grained structure, and a tender consistency.
The variety is a winter one; fruits ripen in mid-September and are suitable for consumption from October to December. The taste of the fruits is wine-sweet, harmonious, with a subtle aroma. Apples are used both fresh and for processing into juice or cider. The tree is characterized by moderate but regular yields.
