Oudrupgaards Høstæble is a historical apple variety included in the collection of the Danish project The Pometum. Genetic studies have confirmed its diploidy and identified the presence of S-RNase alleles (S11).

The variety is not commercial, however it is used as a parent component in the modern Danish breeding project The Apple Oasis. Detailed agronomic characteristics of the plant and fruits are absent in open publications; historically, the variety was distributed in specific regions of Denmark.
